How to Add URL Parameters to AppLovin Ads

Last updated: 15 October 2026 · Applies to AppLovin Ads Manager

Set up URL parameters in AppLovin Ads Manager so Juicy can attribute purchases to the right creative set. AppLovin does not share ads' URL parameters with Juicy, so Juicy can't check them. Add them to every campaign yourself.

1. Copy the URL parameters

Copy this string. AppLovin replaces the curly-bracket values with the campaign ID and creative set ID.

juicy_source=applovin&juicy_cid={CAMPAIGN_ID}&juicy_agid={CREATIVE_SET_ID}

2. Add them to the destination URL

In AppLovin Ads Manager, add the parameters to the campaign's landing page URL.

If the URL has no ? yet, start the parameters with ?:

https://your-shop.com/products/example?juicy_source=applovin&juicy_cid={CAMPAIGN_ID}&juicy_agid={CREATIVE_SET_ID}

If the URL already has a ?, join the parameters with &:

https://your-shop.com/products/example?color=red&juicy_source=applovin&juicy_cid={CAMPAIGN_ID}&juicy_agid={CREATIVE_SET_ID}

3. Check creative sets

Open the Creative Sets tab and check each set's destination URL setting.

4. Save

Save the campaign. Juicy will now attribute AppLovin orders to the right campaigns and creative sets.

⚠️ Add the parameters to all campaigns and creative sets that link to your shop.
✅ Done: Juicy will now attribute AppLovin orders to the right campaigns and creative sets.

Frequently asked questions

Why doesn't Juicy check my AppLovin URL parameters?

AppLovin does not share ads' URL parameters with Juicy, so Juicy can't check them. Add the parameters to every campaign yourself.

Will Juicy show results per AppLovin ad?

No. AppLovin doesn't support an ad ID in website URLs, so Juicy shows AppLovin results per campaign and creative set, not per ad.

Should I remove the parameters AppLovin adds?

No. Keep the aleid and alart parameters AppLovin adds to every click. If your landing page redirects, make sure all parameters survive the redirect.
